He just took a f/t mouse hopper without even the smallest bit of hesitation. Just put him in a small 5g tank, offered the snake with tongs, and BAM. Just thought you should know. Thanks for the beautiful snake.

Steven just asked me to write you.  He wanted you to know that the snake "is completely people friendly and eats every week".  Thanks again for being so informative and a large part of the reason this is the positive experience I wanted for my son.  Buying a snake from you is more than a quick exchange of cash in a pet store, it very rewarding knowing that you are there to readily answer questions and help people acclimate to being snake owners.

Dan, I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for you help throughout the process of purchasing our snake. As you know I was skeptical about having our son purchase snake. He chose to buy a snake that was not a baby. I thought it would be better for him to purchase a baby so that he can learn as the snake grew and get the snake used to
the type of food he wanted to feed it. When you offered for us to come and see the snake we thought that would be a good idea.

The time you spent with us and the knowledge you imparted on us allowed us to let our son make an informed decision. We also appreciate your keeping in touch with us even months later to see how we are doing. It was nice to know you were and are still willing to see us and talk to us regarding concerns, such as, how much humidity during a shed?, What happens if he refuses to eat? I also appreciate that you always got back to us in a timely fashion, In fact it was always within the same day. I am sure there is more to learn but your experience and helpfulness has ensured a positive experience for us.

Thought I would give you an update. She ate a small rat pup Saturday with NO problems.
And she is perfect!!! No problems or complaints at all!!!!
